Cancellation Policy

Individual psychotherapy sessions are $275 for a 50-minute session. Sessions are currently only available virtually throughout New York State.

Individual wellness sessions are $275 for a 50-minute session. Sessions are available globally. 

We are an out-of-network practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, we are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Because every plan is different, I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to learn more about your specific benefits and reimbursement rates.

Finding the right person to work with is an important decision. We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation for prospective clients. This is an opportunity to briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, ask questions about my approach, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit. There is no obligation to schedule an appointment following the consultation.

A valid credit or debit card is required to be securely kept on file before your first appointment. For your convenience, payment is processed automatically using your stored payment method 24 hours before each scheduled session. Receipts are provided electronically following each payment. If you need to update your payment information or have any questions about billing, I'm happy to help.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are charged the full session fee.

This policy helps ensure that appointment times remain available for clients seeking care and allows me to maintain a consistent schedule for everyone I work with. As a courtesy, each therapy client is granted one waived late cancellation fee per calendar year. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your first late cancellation each calendar year will not incur the session fee.
